Why is it necessary to adopt a Dolphin?
At this moment, dolphins are endangered. The seas in which they live are polluted by us; through our uncontrolled, unregulated and unsustainable activities, such as marine traffic, noise and chemical pollution, fishing practices, seismic and sonar activities and climate change.
What is DMAD doing to protect the dolphins?
- Dolphin and Whale research in Turkey, Albania and Montenegro (Istanbul Strait, the Aegean, the Levantine and the Adriatic seas)
- Public outreach in order to remind people that, “Change starts from you and I. The world can nurture us but only if we change for the better.”

- By Post: €30 per year (this option may have a delay due to the current COVID-19 situation)
- A certificate with a picture of your bottlenose dolphin.
- A nice folder with useful information about the bottlenose dolphin and tips for taking action yourself.
